Two people. One belief.

Good technology should serve good work — not the other way around. CoreConduit Consulting was founded to bring practical, trustworthy technology to organizations that exist to serve their communities.

Why we exist.

Most technology firms understand technology but don't understand the operational realities of running a nonprofit, a small practice, or a community organization. They sell what they have, not what's needed.

Most nonprofit consultants understand the operational realities — but can't actually deploy the technology that solves the problems they identify. They can recommend, but they can't build.

CoreConduit closes that gap. One partner builds the systems. One partner knows how nonprofits actually run. The combination — not either one alone — is what we offer.

Meet Cory and Rob.

Cory Potter

Co-founder · Technical Craftsman

Cory has spent more than two decades building things that work. His background spans hardware design, custom software, networking, and the practical engineering it takes to keep small organizations running smoothly.

On the CoreConduit side, he handles the technical work — designing systems, writing the software, deploying the hardware, and writing the documentation that makes it all maintainable after handoff.

Rob Crenshaw

Co-founder · Nonprofit Strategy

Rob brings deep experience in nonprofit operations, governance, and funding strategy — the work of keeping a mission-driven organization actually running.

On every engagement, he makes sure the technology decisions stay grounded in what the organization needs to do. He translates between mission and machinery, and he's usually the one in the room asking the question that matters most.

The principles behind every engagement.

These aren't marketing words. They're how we decide what to take on, what to recommend, and how to behave when nobody's watching.

Integrity

Honest commitments. Credible recommendations. Consistent behavior across every engagement, whether it's a board chair or a part-time admin who's asking.

Transparency

Full visibility into our processes, our decisions, and our pricing. We explain the "why" because we want you to be able to evaluate us — and to disagree.

Sustainability

Solutions built to last — operationally, financially, and environmentally. No throwaway architecture. No artificial obsolescence.

Data sovereignty

You control your data. We design systems that protect autonomy and privacy by default — not as an upgrade or an add-on.

Community-focused

Your mission guides our decisions. Community impact — not vanity metrics — defines what success looks like.

Adaptable

Flexible solutions for evolving needs. We design for change, because mission-driven organizations rarely look the same in five years.

Practical details.

Where we work

Based in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Most consulting work happens remotely; in-person work for clients in Oklahoma and the surrounding region. Travel for site visits when the work calls for it.

How we structure work

Project-based engagements with fixed scopes and clear deliverables. Ongoing support available on monthly retainer or as-needed. Always written down before we begin.

Who we don't work with

We turn down engagements that conflict with our values around data sovereignty, community impact, or honest practice. We'd rather lose a contract than lose our reputation.

What we share publicly

Resources, guides, and open-source tools at our blogs and on TechLounge. If something we've built can help another organization, we share it.
