One hour. Written assessment. No obligation.
The easiest way to figure out whether we're a good fit. We'll spend an hour with your team, then send you a written report with practical recommendations — yours to keep, even if we never work together.

- Useful even if we don't end up working together
- Delivered within one week of our session
- Yours to share with your board, staff, or other consultants
Who this is for
Nonprofits, faith communities, family farms, small law and clinical practices, trades contractors — any small-to-midsize organization that's wondering whether their technology is helping or hindering their work.

Things people ask before signing up.
Is this really free? What's the catch?
It's really free. The catch — if you want to call it that — is that we think the best way to earn a long-term client is to demonstrate value first. If our recommendations are useful and you decide to hire us for follow-up work, that's how the model works. If not, you keep the assessment and we still got to learn about your work.
What do you do with my information?
We use it to prepare for our session and to deliver the written assessment. That's it. We don't sell, share, or add anyone to mailing lists. After the engagement, we keep the records on our own systems — not in third-party CRM tools.
Do you only work with nonprofits?
Nonprofits and community organizations are our primary focus, but we also work with faith communities, family farms, small law firms, trades contractors, and small clinical practices. The common thread is small-to-midsize organizations that need practical, durable technology — not enterprise software scaled down.
What if we're not in your area?
Most of our work happens remotely, so geography usually isn't a constraint. We're based in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and we travel for in-person engagements with clients in the Oklahoma region or when a project specifically requires on-site work (like installing physical equipment).
What kinds of organizations do you turn down?
We don't take on engagements that conflict with our core values — data sovereignty, honest practice, and community benefit. We've turned down work that would have required us to compromise on those, and we'd do it again.
What does the written assessment look like?
Usually two to four pages, written in plain language. It summarizes what we heard, identifies the highest-leverage opportunities, lists specific recommendations with rough effort and cost estimates, and flags any concerns we have. It's designed to be useful even if you act on it without our help.
What happens after the Health Check?
After we deliver the assessment, the next move is yours. If you'd like to discuss any of the recommendations or talk about a project, we'll schedule another conversation. If you don't reach back out, we won't chase you — you have what you need to decide on your own timeline.
Can my whole team be part of the Health Check?
Absolutely — and we usually recommend it. The most useful Health Checks include a mix of voices: leadership, day-to-day staff, and sometimes a board member or volunteer. Everyone sees different parts of the friction.
